I am the first person to complain if suppliers dont come up to scratch - but I have to say how impressed I was by the level of service that I received from Sprys on Saturday. I turned up in scruffy mode with a filthy fiesta which needed a new oil cap. The chap who served me not only fitted it for me but also picked up on my comment that my d/s door lock wasnt working properly - he came back out with a can of special spray and some oil and managed to get it working in no time. He was very pleasant and didnt hang around long enough for a tip - Next time I am looking for a Ford I know where I shall go first - to Sprys !!.

Great to have a Ford Dealership which is so local and easy to get to and to be a family run business too. It makes such a difference to have the personal service this company provides, no wonder people keep coming back! Our experience was superb, with great communication through the whole deal and a good price too! We can't recommend Sprys of Launceston highly enough.
