The staff here are super friendly and knowledgeable, every time I visit I come home with some amazing new cheese I was tempted into trying just because the staff are so friendly to chat to that you end up lingering in the shop trying the samples and spending waaay more than you intended, and all in a good way!n I love their dedication to local produce and trips there around Christmas time mean tasty free mince pies - winner!

I believe that Luxtons is one of the best butchers in Devon. There is always a fantastic range of locally produced, fresh and well presented stock. The staff are always helpful beyond the call of duty! I like to produce my own bacon, hams and smoked sausages – I rely on perfectly prepared joints of meat which I can trust have been treated well at all stages. It is great to have a group of people in Luxtons who obviously take great pride in producing top quality products
