Les has now completed two projects for us - a pair of wrought iron handrails for our front doorstep and a single handrail in the back garden. On both occasions, he has been courteous & reliable, the quality of his workmanship and attention to detail is first-rate, and the costs have been very reasonable. Les made a fantastic gate and custom framework for a difficult location by my devon cottage. He listened carefully to what I wanted and made some helpful suggestions - explaining carefully just what would be involved. The job entailed Les making a good deal of the framework on site; he was always punctual, methodical and well-organised. I have found his work to be of a high standard, imaginative and reasonably priced - thank you Les.

Having recently moved and requiring some wrought iron gates I contacted several local suppliers for a quotation. The one I chose was Les from Devonshire Wrought Iron whom I found to be helpful and give me a lot of advice. The quotation was very competive but more importantly the product was excellent. I have had several comments as to how well made the gates were. They were prefitted prior to painting and installed some 3 days later. I also had a phone call after about a week to ensure I was happy with them (I was very pleased with this as after sales care does not seem to exist these days !!}.
In conclusion I am delighted with the purchase and more that happy to recommend both Les and Mark to anyone in the future.
