After a fairly busy month I thought it was about time I wrote on my blog again, apologies for the delay! I have been busy with sorting out both new and old customers and have been pleasantly suprised with how the local businesses are interested in promoting themseleves on the Nuneaton website. I have also been to meet up with the fundraiaing manager of the Mary Ann Evans Hospice, which was very interesting and I was really interested in the work they do. I am not sure if you have been into the hospice or not but the atmosphere was lovely, not atall sad, and the visitors all looked as though they were having a great time. They are always on the look out for volunteers for different areas so if you are interested please visit their feature on the best of nuneaton site, you can do this by clicking on the link above! I also had a good meeting with a fantastic shop called Treats and Balloony Bin, Oh my God, I thought I had died and gone to Heaven when I walked into there. They have all the old fashioned sweets in jars and the choice was absolutely amazing. They also have balloons of every shape and size, along with cards and party nick nacks! They are definately worth a visit, Karen the owner is great, a real good laugh! One last thing to mention is that I have now become a member of a new chapter of the BNI, which meet in Bedworh at 7am Wednesday morning.
