My friend and I spent a lovely morning having our nails done at the hair and beauty rooms. We were met with friendly staff who looked after us and offered us a coffee. We were very impressed with the treatment and would certainly return.

The atmosphere in the Hair and Beauty Rooms is always welcoming and friendly. It is filled with talented people who fill the room with energy and make you feel relaxed and comfortable. They always treat each client as an individual, I have had my beauty treatments done there for many years and would not even consider going any place else.

I do a lot of walking and so need to keep my feet
in good order. For nearly 3 years I've been getting regular pedicures from Sam at the Hair & Beauty Rooms. Sam is always friendly and does an excellent job on my feet. I feel really relaxed afterwards. A great treat for my feet!

I have used the Hair and Beauty Rooms for many years. I have my eyebrows waxed and cared for by Sam and I`m very happy with the level of care and service she gives. I have my hair cut and kept in great shape by Danni,both staff are really friendly and I enjoy my monthly visits. I would recommend them to anyone wishing to try somewhere new but not sure where to try.You will recieve a warm welcome and I`m sure you will return again and again:-)

The Hair and Beauty Rooms salon is a lovely place to go and relax. i have been having my eye-brows waxed there by sam for about 4years now and she is excellent! I have been visiting Sam at Hair and Beauty rooms for a number of years, she is the best! I have tried other Therapists but no one can give beauty treatments like Sam! I have been a client of Sams for over 20 years and have had every treatment going, all of which have lived up to my expectations and beyond. My desert island treatments however are her eyebrow shape & tint & eyelash tint, totally transforming.Oh and a sneaky OPI manicure!
Sam is approachable and has a kind and caring manner along with a sense of humour all of which result in you feeling comfortable and relaxed even when having a less than dignified treatment(bikini wax)!!!
If you haven't already, get yourself an appointment with this highly experienced and friendly therapist, you will not regret it.Not too many of you though or I wont be able to get in!

I recently tried Sam at the Hair & Beauty rooms having read the reviews on this site - I've had a french manicure, standard manicure and two pedicures - these are the best I have ever had - Sam is an experienced and professional beautician who takes genuine pride in her work and produced flawless results. Sam was very patient, particularly in helping me choose a colour for my toes (she suggested trying some colours I hadn't thought of and I was really pleased with the results). I would strongly recommend Sam if you want to have high quality results in pleasant surroundings with a very approachable beautician.

I have just completed a course of treatment with the hopi candles as I have had problems with ear wax for some time. I can thoroughly recommend the treatment.I had a total hearing loss in one ear which has now 80% returned. Also the buzzing in the ear has been significantly reduced.Sam is very friendly and the face massage afterwards is both soothing and relaxing. My sinusses are now clear and the puffiness around the eyes has disappeared. So I`ll carry on "hoping" Wendy

Visited recently with my sick husband, made to feel very welcome, and he is over the moon with the treatment and Reiki he received from Susan, He is looking forward to his next session, and I am certainly thinking of trying it out. I have only been using the beauty rooms for a while but have been so thrilled with the service from Sam who have managed to turn my fingernails into a set of nails to be proud of after 40 years of nibbling!
I also have a french pedicure and when on show lots of people comment on how lovely they look and they last for ages.
I was very reluntant to try waxing again having had a bad experience, but Sam performed a biniki and leg wax and was quick and not painful....and more important did not get infected or sore afterwards.
The atmosphere is very welcoming, clean and friendly and always feel that I have been well and truely pampered.
To anyone out there looking for an excellent beautician............look no further!

Haha what can i say!
You can catch me in EVERY week (usually a tuesday haha) having Danielle do death defying feats with my hair. "Ainʼt no job too big" especially when it comes to bleach hehe. And "PIxie cutting". "When i become famous" iʼm going to hire her to run around after me and make sure i look as good as i do everytime i leave the shop haha. Iʼve seen her do sophisticated cuts and colours, all the way upto my crazy funky styles iʼve got chopped recently, and she does hair extensions!!! Sheʼs great, especially to have to put up with me every week bless her. Professional but at the same time a right giggle. Great stylist and now a really good friend xx

This is a friendly place with excellent service. The emphasis is on customer needs and preference, not what the beauty practioner thinks is best. The advice given is sound and can be relied on. They are especially helpful to anyone without full mobility.
