The Best of Nottingham is an excellent, effective way of promoting local businesses. However, as often with any enterprise, it is the people behind it that really make the difference. Most businesses are bombarded on a daily basis with phone calls and people trying to sell them services and when Matt and Arasen came to visit us on that fateful day, initially we had our shields up and were looking for a polite way of dismissing them (no offence chaps!).
Within minutes though, we found ourselves warming to them. Their genuine enthusiasm and belief in what they are doing was obvious.
From that original meeting we can honestly say that we have not looked back since. These guys work non-stop, their energy levels are amazing and their enthusiasm is infectious.
Working with them has actually made us look at our own business in a different light and has been a very positive experience in terms of seeing how our clients view us, exposure, and also for the extra drive that Matt and Arasen inspire in us.
On top of all this we have just re-branded and our new website has been given a huge boost because of the referrals we've had from the The Best of Nottingham website.
I definitely recommend The Best of as a great way of promoting your business locally but I would conclude that a lot of that is down to the character and the efforts of Matt and Arasen.
