Adam and the fireplace and stove shop are a class act. Didnt give them the easiest of jobs but they managed to transform my fireplace. Very professional and personal service and after care is excellent. Have recommended and will do so again.
my previous fireplace had been installed by a `cowboy` and was condemned as dangerous.the fireplace and stove shop fitted my new stove which proved to be a lot more difficult than originally thought because of the previous botched job.The fitters were there for 11 hrs and did a superb job,thanx to matt and max for a job brilliantly done.great value for money too,highly recommended.
We had a multi fuel burner from Adam and installed by his team. Absolutely brilliant, professional, friendly and helpful! Cant recommend enough! Just go into the shop and you can tell straight away that you will be looked after! 5 stars from us!
Adam and his team at the Fireplace and Stove Shop did a fantastic job from start to finish. They gave some great advice on the choice of stove and what would work best for my room. The on site consultation was informative and menat I knew exactly what to expect when the installation team arrived. The installation itself was done really well and they kept everything clean and tidy. I cant recommend Adam highly enough.
Having visited a number of companies about sourcing a wood burning stove, the Fireplace and Stove Shop immediately gave me a warm feeling (pun intended). The proprietor is knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and cares about the products he sells. Where a stove was not available in the shop, he was confident and able to source it. The price was clearly itemised and was extremely competitive. Installation was carried out competently, and consideration was given to any requests we had about how we wanted the stove fitted, combined with the experience of the fitting team. Where issues were found during installation,such as stove pipes not being fixed to the chimney, the problem was clearly explained and a price agreed upon before fixing. All in all, we have had a very positive experience. The service was excellent from start to finish, the products and installation were of high quality, and the price was excellent.
I am happy to give the Fireplace and Stove shop in Beeston 5 stars for service and for fitting of a new multiburner.

Can't recommend The Fireplace and Stove Shop highly enough! Fantastic service, so helpful when we encountered some problems with pipes in the wrong place prior to the fireplace being fitted. Excellent fitters, everyone was helpful, and really took the time to find out what we really wanted. We love our finished fireplace.
