Arrived home this evening to find a stunning new bed - as promised - within the six week time frame. Its stunning but what I have been most impressed with is your customer service. It is very rare these days to find a company that does what it says but you have done just that, from start to finish - congratulations - and a huge thank you. I wish you every success through these difficult times and would have no hesitation in recommending you highly.

I am writing this very important reply to you because of my total Satisfaction.

As early as November 2008 aprox, I was looking extensively on the internet for a suitable bed for myself .

Most of the retailers to ''my limited knowledge'' were selling what I call beds that thought all looked the same, with the odd solid wooden bed frame.

No matter where I looked I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for, ''but I never gave up hope'' and knew that I would find the right bed for myself.

Then one night I was looking on the web and came across ''Revival Beds''; their web site ''I thought'' was very well laid out and easy to browse throu.

To be honest I thought their very glossy web site meant very high prices, but was reassured when I read the companies personal description, and how they look after each customer on a one to one basis.

On sending a request for a catalogue and filling out my address etc details, I was amazed at how fast this catalogue arrived at my door 24 hours later aprox.

This was followed by a phone call from Vickie who was very professional, reassuring, thoughtful, and considerate. Vickie put my mind at rest when she initially rang to make sure of I have received the catalogue yet….This I appreciated very much indeed!

I explained to Vickie at the time, that I wouldn't be able to commit to any purchase until January-2009. Vickie gave me the reassuring confidence of being treated as an individual customer.

To cut a long success story short, I have found Revival Beds customer service to be second to none.

Paying for my very first Bed has been a real pleasure, and found the company very flexible in helping their customers from start to finish with each purchase.

Their Delivery Driver Pete was a gentleman, and Further to this I would like to say thank you to everyone.

Vickie, Pete and the team I am so grateful to you all ….My first sleep in this bed has been the best sleep that I have ever had.

I would just like to say a special thank you for all your help and advice you gave me in purchasing my Parisienne bed which was perfect. It was a very hard decision to purchase a bed online. But in fact, the quality of the wood was even better than I thought and the bed is exactly as advertised. This was a major purchase for me, but it was money well spent!!! I was somewhat surprised there was no hiccups which is normally the guess when you make such a big purchase. My bed arrived exactly 6 weeks later and Pete was friendly and lovely, he knew what he was doing!!
I am so happy now and comfortable, I look forward to bedtimes now!!

Just an email to say how delighted we are with the French Life furniture and Parisienne bed that was delivered yesterday. I will email some pix in a few days just to show you how wonderful the room looks! We can't believe how smoothly everything went from ordering the goods to delivery. Everyone has been so helpful and the delivery man, Peter, made it all go without a hitch. It was well worth waiting for and we'll certainly recommend your company to friends and hope to return ourselves sometime in the future.
