Vince has helped me out with my iPod touch & Iphone 3 & 4. He has helped me by restoring it and helped me put my music on and showed me how to use the app store properly. He's also showed me how to back it up onto the computer which was actually quite helpful because I didn't know how to do that before. he's also showed me how to put videos on the iPod. He has helped me out quite a lot on my iPod and I've learned a lot more skills on how to use my iPod, iTouch & iPhone.
