Dear valued customers, supporters and cake lovers

I am delighted to report that we have taken on some part time help in the form of Fiona, who is also a part time pastry chef at the award winning Victoria Hotel in Beeston. She is a very nice lady and an excellent baker.
Her arrival means we are well able to cope with growing demand for our expanding repertoire, which increasingly includes bespoke CELEBRATION CAKES, AFTERNOON TEA PACKAGES and other specially commissioned BAKED PRODUCTS.
Our cupcakes have always been carefully crafted and tasty alternatives to factory produced cakes and all our other products are just the same. Our larger cakes are all freshly baked, use natural flavours and minimal colouring/royal icing. We produce two types of larger celebration cakes:
PATISSERIE, inspired by posh European cafe style cakes - 3 or 4 layer, lovely flavours, smart piping techniques, personalised messages
CUSTOMISED, there’s no set design – in the last few weeks we have produced cakes in the shape of a castle, the solar system and an ice cream van!

CHRISTMAS will soon be with us, but before that I am very excited to be going on a budget European InterRail trip in mid December. I will be in search of PERFECT PATISSERIE! I will be posting the story on my blog (there are more details about the trip now at http://www.classy-cupcakes.co.uk/blog/) and tweeting from @classy_cupcakes. I hope to come back bursting with new ideas to share.
As well as selling goodies at several CHRISTMAS EVENTS during November – Dagfa School Christmas fair on 19th, Elms Michaelmas Market on 26th and Nottingham Hospice fair on 27th – Classy Cupcakes is offering special boxes of FRESHLY BAKED CHRISTMAS GOODIES for collection or delivery on DEC 22nd, DEC 23rd and DEC 24th.
A large cake box bursting with delicious smells and flavours consists of:
10 Christmas themed cupcakes (lemon & ginger, white chocolate & cranberry, chocolate holly)
10 mini mince pies
6 ginger cookies with stem ginger decorations
10 mini snowflake cupcakes
6 freshly baked cinnamon rolls
6 exquisitely decorated Christmas bauble biscuits, with ribbon to hang on your tree
This is all for £30 if you collect from Beeston or £35 if you need delivery to addresses within NG1-NG10
