Your guidance and advice from the start of the project was invaluable and very much appreciated. Mikes friend and cheerful disposition, along with his obvious enthusiasm for the job, made the inevitable disruption easier to bear. He was also very well ‘house trained’ and any mess and debris was always cleared up at the end of the day. We were both extremely impressed with the standard of workmanship, the attention to detail and the finishing touches which made it all come together so well. When the job overran a little, we never felt that is was being rushed to meet a deadline, or that the work was compromised in anyway.
Obviously, this was a major expense for us but we feel the price was fair and that we received value for money, in terms of the quality of the products supplied and also the workmanship.

I am 88 years old and partially disabled.
I recently had to have my bathroom converted to a wet room so I could still have a shower. The job was done by Coopers.
Their caring attitude, professionalism and standard of work were excellent. From the first stage of doing the quote to completing the job everything was handled efficiently and promptly. Nothing was too much trouble, they moved existing fixtures in my bathroom and repaired the holes so well that it is almost impossible to see where the old fittings were.
It is a pleasure in the day and age to find such caring tradesmen.
Just after they finished my bathroom, my fifty year old water tank in the ceiling sprung a leak. I had no idea what to do so I called Coopers, who came immediately and replaced the tank for me. The damage was fortunately covered by my insurance.
I would recommend this firm to anybody looking for a professional job performed by a caring family company.

My sincere thanks to all concerned with the refit of my bathroom. I was impressed with the co-ordination of each stage, with no time wasted in between.

I really do recommend the Black Belt Academy as the perfect place to learn the balance between developing a martial arts skill, getting fit and also learning other skills such as control, discipline, self awareness, confidence and respect. Richard Vince and the Black Belt Academy teach in an easy to understand logical and controlled way and you always leave the sessions feeling motivated, exhilarated and looking forward to the next class.
Both my 7 year old daughter who has diabetes and I have trained with Master Vince and we both really enjoyed learning a martial art together. The confidence the lessons gave my daughter was incredible and I managed to lose a few inches too.
I recommend these classes to anyone who has always wanted to learn a martial art or simply wants to work out in a fun and safe way.
