What a relief to visit a salon where the staff are not looking down their noses at you! Andree makes you feel relaxed and completely at ease even with an embarrassing problem like excess hair.The treatment is pain free and whatʼs more - it works! If anyone out there has ever thought about laser treatment the Zap Experience is definitely the place to go. Highly recommended.

I could never get the nack of under-arm shaving, and being an utter wimp, waxing was never an option, I decided to have some sessions with Andree. The treatment is working well, and I should be all ready in time for my hols - lovely! No more pain with deodorant after shaving - fantastic!!! And it really is pain free. Great coffee and conversation too - what more could a girl (or fella) ask.

I had tried various other hair removal treatments before laser hair removal and this is by far the best treatment. Andrée is lovely and makes you feel at ease. After only a few visits I could see the how good the results were. I would definitely recommend a visit to Andrée if you would like to get rid of unwanted hair for good!

After many many many years of waxing and electroloysis I am finally having a permanent solution. I thought I might be too old for this treatment, but definitley not. The coarse facial hair had not gone with all of the other treatments, and it was more and more difficult to remove when eye sight is not what it was. I was made to feel at totally at ease, and am already enjoying improved results. I am very glad that I have begun this treatment and highly recommend it.

The free patch test confirmed that the painfree hair removal, and after two treatments I am already enjoying the improved results. I will be continuing to have treatments on my lip and chin to become hair free; no more unsightly embarrassing hair and no more tweezers, waxing electroloysis which an seemed endless task. After suffering in silence for years, I recently took the plunge and made an appointment with Andree. I was very nervousbut in seconds she put me at ease and made me feel my problem was no worse than many others she had seen. It is painless, my skin doesnʼt react after the treatment and after two sessions I am seeing exceptional results. I doubt you will find better customer service at any other salon than Andree provides, I highly recommend her.

My zap experience was fantastic, you could see the results of the sessions quite quickly and i was also given a free patch test before my treatment.
I am amazed that it did not hurt at all! lazer treatment is certainly the way forward.
Andree made me feel comfortable straight away by her friendly manner and useful information.

I had rather an uncomfortable back hair problem which with time was just getting worse. Much relieved to have found a long term solution i decided to take the plunge. I found andree very professional and was completely at ease with the treatment she gave.

I had 2 patches of hair on my torso that made me very look silly! Scared of pain i was very apprehensive of this treatment but took the plunge anyway! To my surprise at worst it was nearly uncomfortable and andrees fantastic empathy and skills to put me at ease made it something i look forward to and was almost disappointed when the time came for me to have no need to visit anymore. Thanks andree for a great treatment process. For anyone with a hairy problem i highly recommend andree to zap it off!

Eventually an answer to all our prayers, pain free and permanent hair removal. I must admit I was a little sceptical at first but it is true. Laser hair removal is now something I would recommend to all ladies, especially those who suffer from unsightly and painful in growing hairs.

Andree is amazing. I had bad scaring from ingrown hairs, since my laser treatment the hairs and the scars have vanished!! Iʼd recommend it to everyone. What an amazing feeling - never having to wax or shave again.

it true- it does not hurt- and its a fantastic result- no more shaving. however the most impressive part of the process is Andreeʼs customer service - form the free patch test, to the no nonsense consultation, and then at every treatment- it has been tremendous- i would have no hesitation in recommending the Zap Experience
