They meet every last Thursday of every month and provide a wonderful opportunity for members of the public to meet like-minded people, and listen to outstanding international speakers share their knowlegde and experience on a wide variety of topics, from health, to relationshionships, to business, to spirituality.... You name it.
It's incredible value for money and it's one of Norwich's best kept secrets.

Went to last month's Yes Group as usual, what was not usual was the one to one help and feedback some of us were lucky enough to get from an International Professional Speaker, Topher Morrison. It's one of the most inspiring groups I have ever belonged to. They produce the most interesting speakers each month, far too many to mention. On the odd occasion I have had to miss one, I feel deprived!

I have mentioned it to many people and suggested they come too. One or two of the speakers have changed the way I live my life, as has Tosin who runs it with his partner Louise.

I cannot recommend this group highly enough, Tosin will sooner or later have you doing things you never thought you could do. He made me believe I would get accepted for a degree at an age most people are retiring. Out of 1000 applicants for 98 places I got one! Thanks Tosin!

I've been going to the Yes Group since it started. The group just gets better and better. The team seem to find the best speakers who are educational, inspirational and they really make you think about improving your life - its certainly made a big difference in my life. It's not just for people interested in personal development, its for everyone.

Being involved in the world of personal development for around 18 years has meant frequent trips around the country to see top speakers and meet up with like minded people.
