My business has been transformed by "I'm your PA". We use them to answer all of our calls when our line is busy and many of the messagers we now received would have been lost but for this excellent service. It also gives us the opportunity to transfer all calls to them when I need to pop out. Previously I would have switched on the answerphone but Wendy and her team beat any machine by a mile.

We used Wendy for call answering to cover staff holidays and we were very happy with the service. She effectively filtered out all the nuisance sales calls and professionally relayed messages from clients and new customers. Even our clients commented on how friendly she was. The service was very cost-effective and the reduction in stress for other staff was priceless! I would have no hesitation in using Wendy again.
