needed and very helpful advice which meant that we ended up with a
really well thought out list with items that we are going to love
forever and ever. It was such a fun time and experience and I would
recommend the showroom to any of my friends or family.

As an expat, I often grumble at general levels of service in the UK. Sarah however bucks the trend. Since we first met her she has been endlessly helpful, polite, imaginative, hands-on, positive, firm where necessary, punctual, quick to respond to emails, reliable and friendly. All of these qualities were to the fore in the face of a very indecisive and pretty demanding couple - the worst types to deal with for you all I'm sure! The list has, as a result, been less of an awkward necessity for me, and more of a pleasure for my wife. We are extremely grateful.
