The coaching makes you re assess your values and your priorities in life and in the end you realize that what you thought was important to you, was not really that important at all! A real eye opener!
The coaching session was useful in showing me the body patterns that reveal my inner feelings. It definitely created a feel-good feeling. Attaining the "feeling" of "knowing" that what I believe is ok just as it is ok for others to believe something entirely different
I would recommend anyone to work with Tosin. I would say be prepared to work hard and deep. He has a great sence of humour and is exceptionally motivating.
The breakthrough session is the best thing I have ever done for myself and those around me. I would tell people that for the first time ever I like who I am, I feel I have a future and feel so happy to just be alive. Thoroughly enjoyed the firewalk experience and would definitely recommend it to others. I found the self beleive / improvement and firewalk itself the best bit out of the session.
I am normally a cynic when it comes down to training courses, but it had to be said. This event has been great. The tetramap element of the course, learning about different styles / behaviours was great too.
At the beginning of the session i didnt beleive i had the confidence to do the firewalk. By the end i completed it and felt like i had achieved so much in such a short period of time
Brilliant event, amazing experience. Being in a fire as a child and receiving severe burns. Completing the firewalk was an even more personal achievement for me. Beleive in self and own possibilities and anything is possible!
