The Giant Pet store really is fantastic. Friendly staff, excellent service, and stocks products not available in a lot of the larger pet stores in Norwich. They are very reasonably priced, and it's always a pleasure to go in if only to say hello to the parrot who lives there!
Visited the Giant Pet Store recently and found the staff very helpful and friendly. In addition I found the dog food I needed was at a bargain price so it was a win, win! It seems to me that the Giant Pet Store has all the convenience and range of a large store but has retained the helpfulness and authority of the small petshops I remember as a child. A neat trick!! Keep it up!!

i would like all to know what a great team the giant pet store has in thier aquatic centre. the staff are very helpfull and knowledgable about the fish and products. its hard to find quality fish and products in norwich. and i think they do a wonderful job.
