My fiancee took his van into STR after not being happy with the main dealer. What a difference the work was done in half the time! A lot cheaper too! I have since taken my own car in for service and MOT. Great to leave the car in capable hands, situated in Norwich, very convenient for the shops, so got the shopping done and the car was ready at the time they said. Great frienldy service from a garage - what a miracle!

Shawn Taylor himself is an exceptional individual and I know when I take my car in for servicing Shawn and his team really know what they are talking about.

Last month I reversed into a post and needed a new rear light - I drove straight to Shawnʼs service centre for some advice and the car was booked in for the next day.

At the end of the month we had a long journey to make and decided to get the car serviced and a new cam belt put on - again we made the appointment with no hassle - Shawn even managed to fit us in earlier at short notice to fit in around our schedule - and it was all done with minimum fuss and trouble.

The best bit is that the service centre is so central - I can just drop the car off whenever I need something done, go shopping around Norwich or arrange meetings - and come back to find everything done.

As a woman I always used to feel intimidated going into service centres or garages; with Shawn Taylorʼs service centre, it feels as if I have someone I can just turn to as soon as there is any problem and not worry.
