I spotted Sonkai via a google search and this Best of Norwich site came up. I called and rather cheekily asked how secure my (precious to me) engagement ring would be if Sonkai repaired it. The pleasant woman who answered replied - 'please feel free to watch as Craig fixes it for you'.... I went in that day, and no I didn't watch, but within a couple of hours my ring was fully repaired (and cleaned)! It looked like new. A very reasonably priced fix that had us all impressed. Craig and Sara are one of Norwich's best kept secrets. They've got an impressive display in the store and Craig said he can make bespoke jewellery to order. Reassuring too to know that when you take valuables in to be fixed, they don't leave the premises. Will be back!
Sonkai are great and so helpful. When we have staff collections for birthdays they are great at helping us choose the perfect gift. Most of the girls at work have pandora bracelets and its great to have some one who can choose something with meaning. I love there new shop to they have so many unusual lovely things.

These are a super jewellers - I have had 2 rings recently fixed by them and have been delighted with their advice, service and speed. In my view there is no better place to buy a pressie as they really do derseve to be in business!

My family and myself have been going to Sara & Craigʼs little shop since they opened. The displays are always changing with beautiful handmade & unique pieces. They have altered my mums wedding ring twice for me, together with my own engagement ring from Tiffanys. Craig is going to create a matching wedding ring to the same specifications as the design of the Tiffany one isnʼt quite practical for my job. What an amazing shop, itʼs just like an Alladinʼs Cave. To be greeted by Saraʼs broad smile I immediately felt at ease and under no pressure whilst I browsed. With so much to see it was hard to know where to look. But that was not the purpose of my visit, I had a couple of loose gems that I wanted made into a pendant. This was no problem to Craig (the other half of this winning duo) who hand made the most simple, yet stunningly designed, white gold pendant. Fantastic!
I have recently been treated to a Pandora bracelet (I am although having to wait for my birthday at the beginning of June!). The lady and gentleman were helpful and very patient as it did take a while for me to choose the charms from the vast selection. We will be visiting Sonkai again. Thank You and well Done

The service i recieved when buying a ring for my wife was excellent. The attractive lady who served me was very helpful. As was the gentleman when i returned to pick it up a few weeks later. Resizing could have been done within 2 hours if required and FOC also. A great new little business- BRAVO X X X X

I have been in once to twice to admire Craig and Saraʼs wonderful shop, and bought presents for others. This weekend I bought some of Craigʼs great stacking rings, which he resized for me in record time. Within the last 24 hours the rings have been much admired by others. I heartily recommend them for their warmth and professional service.
I first ventured into Sonkai soon after Craig & Sara opened their shop & found them both to be utterly charming. What was immediately apparent was their enthusiasm for the business & the obvious love of working with precious metals & stones that Craig developed during his training as a goldsmith.I had already become an enthusiastic collector of "Pandora" jewellery from my overseas holidays, so was thrilled when "Sonkai" became the one & only Jeweller in Norwich to carry the entire collection. While Craig has done some excellent work for me in jewellery alterations, Sara has been amazing in helping me with the building of my "Pandora" charm bracelet, which of course, is my pride & joy now & I wear it all the time. So many people are collecting their very individual "Pandora" bracelets now & all of them can only be grateful to "Sonkai"I wish Craig & Sara continued success in their business , the name "Sonkai" is becoming quite well known in jewellery circles.
I originally had my mothers wedding ring resized by sonkai. Craig dealt with my case in a very sensitive manner, understanding that i had worn the ring since her death 10 years ago, and i was able to collect it after 1 hour. I then took my platinum tiffany engagement ring for resizing (yes yes, he got the size wrong!!) and this was done overnight. I was thrilled to find out that Craig could design a matching wedding ring. Since then, i have purchased numerous pieces of jewellery and had other, older pieces fixed. I have found Sonkai to offer a genuinely great service. They are polite, friendly, and above all, Craig does work to a very high standard - and Sara really knows her stuff.. If they donʼt know the answer to any questions, they will find out - and i would highly recommend that you purchase or source any jewellery requirements thought this small independent business for the ultimate satisfaction. Iʼve sent all my friends and family to them, and they all say the same - you canʼt beat customer referrals!!
