RPM provided the telecommunications for our merger in the latter part of last year. From the first moment of contact they provided an exemplary service and delivered the system at a very competitive price against the other quotes we received from local and national companies.Additionally RPM reviewed our phone bills and saved us a substantial amount on line rental and call charges and the best bit was that they did all the negotiating – we didn’t have the hassle of dealing with something we didn’t really understand!The merger of two companies is always a delicate operation and throughout the process RPM patiently dealt with all the changes in decisions and heated debates etc. They also listened to our requirements and never once attempted to sell us anything we didn’t need or supply a more complicated system than required which I found very refreshing.When the time came for the installation RPM’s engineers turned up when they said they would, completed the install with the minimum of disruption and worked late and over the weekend to ensure the office was up and running by our launch deadline. Once again all the engineers were happy to accommodate last minute changes and issues that occurred and were polite and friendly at all times.Following the installation we were given first class training on operating the new system and all after-sales service has been excellent. Well, could this be the 'new way' telecom companies will behave? Watch out competitors, RPM really know their stuff. They do what they say, they're there when they say. Advice was second to none for equipment. An engineer that is helpful, I kept asking questions... "anything can be done" is what he said. Staying until after 7pm, with still a smile on his face. He thought of everything, PDQ machine, Fax, diversions, extensions, answerphones etc never again will I call because I forgot something!
