Orb Organic is the most charming and cheerful place to get your hair cut; the colour and set-up of the buiding itself is inviting and pleasant. The hair stylist and manager there (Kate Prutton)is truly the most friendly and likeable person i have ever had, do my hair; she is chatty and very hospitable as her hands of magic create a masterpiece of my hair.
I would most highly recommend Orb Organic to anyone, from the Queen of England to my next-door-neighbour, and have not a bad thing to say about the entire company.

I've had several hair cuts at Orb over the last 18 months and I have found that Kate is a fantastic hairdresser; I always leave the shop feeling thoroughly pleased. I really enjoy listening to the music she has on in the salon, as I believe it is very important in creating a friendly atmosphere. Not only great value, Kate is inventive with the style you are looking for and listens to creative difficulties you maybe unsure of and exerts them with flare and personalised awareness.
I've been going to 'Orb' for a number of years and have always been more than thrilled with the attention to detail from the type of gels used in the wash for sensitive skin to the truly organic products used- complimenting the structure of the cut as well as how it is worn in everyday life.
The newly furnished interior gives an insight to the range of colours and shape there is to offer as well as the comfortable, clean and friendly atmosphere.
Most importantly Kate listens. Too many times I have come away from a hairdressers wishing I hadn't gone in because it is shorter than I asked or completely discontent with my hair type.Giving inventive suggestions and an attentive ear, 'Orb organic hair' is a definite yes in my book.

I felt relaxed at this salon and walked out with a great cut and am returning today for my second appointment - first time I've returned to the same hair salon since arriving in the UK two years ago. This is a lovely salon - so different to most high street salons in Norwich that charge too much without delivering.

Wow, Kate is simply an amazing hairdresser. She cuts and styles hair beautifully, and is really good and knowing what will suit you. I always walk out feeling happy and confident, wanting to show off my new hairsyle. All other hairdresers have left me running for a hat! (PS. I have curly hair, which many hairdressers find hard to cut - but not Kate).

Thanks to this site, I travelled from Cambs to have my hair cut and coloured with Kate and I wasn't disappointed!

She was fantastic - I loved the colour and the cut. She was lovely (good dance moves) and made me feel at home.

I won't be going anywhere else - the products are fantastic too.

I have just discovered Orb Organic Hair and having my hair cut there was an absolute pleasure, which means a lot given that I normally dread having my hair cut! Kate listened really carefully to me and gave me a hair cut that I feel really happy with and that I feel confident about maintaining. The products were lovely and the whole atmosphere was really relaxed. As others have said, conversation and music pitched at the perfect level. I feel really pampered and am looking forward to going again. And the cut was so good, I would feel completely confident about colouring etc - again something I have never felt before. Best haircut and hairdressing experience I could ever wish to have.

Orb seem to offer something unique - organic hair dyes and products with cuts as good as the top city centre hairdressers. Also, the conversation is interesting and not forced. I like to buy as much as possible locally, which makes it another bonus.
