I first used NVM back in 2010 for moving flats. Recently, I used them again for moving into my house. Both times they were great! My flat was on the third floor -- NO ELEVATOR! They never moaned or complained going up and down those unique stairs. They helped me get my goods down and into their Van. I certainly felt my calves recovering in the morning! They are nice and friendly and I would recommend them to a friend. I don't think I will need a van for some time. If I do, I will be calling these guys without any hesitation. Thanks NVM.

You were great in helping us move. Everything was packed up into the van very quickly and unpacked at equal speed! Very friendly and helpful, I have recommended you to my mum and some of two of my friends who plan to book you upon my recomendation! Would just like to re-iterate what i said on the feedback letter that you left me after moving me in February. Your service was first class and well beyond the expectations required in the service you required.Being disabled and not able to lift heavy objects you and your man really did fit the bill. I only had to sit down and turn on the t.v. after you had finished.You even placed the furniture in the requested places even the monstrous sony t.v. was placed to perfection. All this and done in only three hours(2 van loads) i found to be perfect. A very reasonable price,nothing broken,evrything in the right room and all with a smile-you don't get better than that. You deserve to make a real go of your business and i've already recommended you to a few of my friends and family and i hope you get some custom from them and wish you all the best for the future.
They made my move quick and easy. Easy to make contact, provided clear and concise information about cost and services. Texted a reminder the day and showed up perfectly on time. Handled the stuff with great care while moving very quickly. They are better at moving stuff than the men delivering new furniture and appliances, not a scratch on anything! The were also nice, friendly and helpful. They put the things where you ask them to and move it around if you change your mind. All at a very nice price, worth every pound. I will use them again and recommend them to everybody else.
I have used Adam to move twice now, and both times he has been brilliant. Always on time, if not early, and works effectively with his helper of choice on the day to fill the van like a careful game of Jenga to maximise the load and minimise the number of journeys. On the second move most recently when I needed some bits moving upstairs of heavier items into different rooms they were both happy to accomodate the requests. Great price and saves the stress of having to do all the heavy lifting yourself! Hopefully I won't be moving again soon, but if I ever need removal services again I will definitely use Norwich Van Man!
Had to move again, and again hired Norwich Van man, they certainly have a skill of fitting a great deal in to their van (they must be experts at tetris by now!), as ever they were very quick and efficient and took great care when handling anything delicate. Very strong movers, no trouble moving my heavy recliner sofa and maneuvered it well on the staircase. Always reliable, would use again :)

Sarah and I were really impressed â very quick and efficient service, and in our opinion much better value than a removal company . Thanks especially for letting me carry so many of the boxes of books. The only thing we would suggest is making it clear you donât carry dust-sheets or similar. It was not a problem as we had some, but it would be good to know or be made aware in advance. Other than that â fantastic job, you made our move a great deal easier.

Very prompt- in fact arrived earlier than we did which was very good. Didn't damage anything even though it was a difficult move. Were very friendly and talkative, felt safe with them and would trust them around my property. Would definitely recommend them.

We used Norwich Van Man recently for a house move. Adam and his team were on time, efficient and professional...they did three runs for us without even stopping for a cup of tea. 1. I booked twice to Norwich Van Man, less than 24 hours notice and Adam arranged for me with in a minute. It saved me ringing around other van men. 2. When the van arrived on time, I was not ready to move, however, Adam was patience and organised for me without wasting time. 3. My properties were moved to storage house for 8 weeks with £178 quote. Because of Adam good arrangement skill made to managed with smaller space which cost only £155. 4. Iâm definitely going to hire Norwich Van Man in near future.

I wanted to give feedback about your service. In one word: AWESOME! I have accumulated a lot of tat over the years, videos, LP's, DVD's CD's and books (so many books!). I was a bit worried I may have made some of the boxes a tad heavy but to my utter relief they were picked up like they were feathers. Not a bad word to say about the move at all, in fact, for me it was the easiest move I have ever had. Top notch work, will definitely be using you again and have recommended you to all and sundry.
