Functions: The showground has 10 indoor function rooms including a huge exhibition hall which can accommodate up to 4,000 people (theatre-style) or 1,500 (for dinner) and is the perfect venue for conferences, exhibitions, large celebratory ceremonies, Christmas parties, trade fairs and music events.
- Weddings, dinners and balls: There are three summer pavilions situated in attractive lawned surroundings making them ideal venues for wedding receptions, lunches, dinners and grand balls.
Meeting and Conference rooms: Five separate meeting and conference rooms provide the perfect space for business meetings, seminars and training sessions, with break-out rooms ideal for team activities. Depending on your choice of room configuration these five rooms accommodate a large number of delegates to as few as 10. All rooms are fully equipped with broadband facilities and audiovisual equipment.
- Village Hall: On site St Walstan Hall is like your very own intimate village hall complete with outside patio area with rolling countryside views towards Norwich. It's ideal as a party venue for family or business celebrations, cocktail parties, wedding receptions or general function room. It's licensed for up to 400 people.
Outdoors
The entire showground is linked through a hard road network providing easy access to all areas of the grounds. It has excellent outdoor facilities including toilets and showers, mains water and modern sight and sound technology. It is used to stage everything from international scout jamborees to monster truck displays, spring flings to fun runs and boot sales to farmers markets.
There are three Span buildings, 'no-frills' venues ideal for animal shows, exhibitions and collectors' fairs.
