We have our Reception and Board Room flowers arranged and delivered by Margarets Emms every Monday - it is always a lovely treat to see just what they are bringing in, they are always so different and truly beautiful. Mary is wonderful and is so on the ball as to our requirements and never fails to amaze us with the displays. We also use Mary for clients bouquets for birthdays and congratulation messages, just perfect, couldn't fault them at all. Keep ub the brilliant work and thank you.

We use Mary and the girls for our reception flowers. Each week we get a new design delivered with fresh and seasonal designs.
They have a good understanding of our taste and requirements.
The price is excellent which always helps!
If we do have any problems they are always very quick to sort them out which I think is really important.

i have been using Margaret Emms for a number of years now- every now an again i will try another florist as i am passing- but nothing can beat the fantastic designs and customer service at Margaret Emms, a great example was asking for flowers for a friends wedding anniversary- the flowers were themed to the number of years- superb!

Mary of Margaret Emms has saved my bacon on several occasions. Once I forgot my grannies birthday – and Mary arranged for flowers in Coventry to be delivered the same day. The second time, I found out a valued member of staff had kept her birthday quiet – I found out at 12 noon, on mothering Sunday. Still, despite it being one of the busiest days of the year, Mary pulled out all the stops and delivered spectacular flowers. She can always work to your price range, and the flowers are of fantastic quality. Grannies are always hard to please – yet my Gran was over the moon with her carnations which lasted nearly 5 weeks – and although I spent only £30 (including delivery) I was extremely told off for spending a fortune on the “biggest bunch of flowers received in years”. Value for money AND excellent service – I wouldn’t fail to recommend Mary of Margaret Emms.

Mary at Margaret Emms can create a beautiful flower arrangement and deliver it the same day (usually) - and has got me out of several potentially embarrassing situations thanks to her service! Sheʼll also organise other deliveries (chocolates, wine, balloons) to suit the occasion and lucky recipient. Iʼd certainly recommend Margaret Emms.

I ordered some flowers for my mother in law and my mother and they were both over the moon. The flower display was so unusual that my mother was telling everyone about it.

It is good to be able to view the types of display online to choose what to send but to then phone up and speak to a real person to order them.
