Carrie is the best hairdresser I have ever had! Impact was initially recommended to me by a friend - and I would never go anywhere else now. All of the staff are really friendly and its a lovely environment to have your hair cut in. Carrie always knows what will look best,and I have never been less than 100% happyy with what she does. I can not recommend this salon and particularly Carrie more highly.

Zoe has coloured and cut my hair for more years than i wish to admit. I have followed her from Salon to salon.....until she finally 'took the plunge' to opening her own business; something she had wanted to do for years!!

The salon is absolutely amazing....it is like being a celebrity! Absolute star treatment, which is second to none!! I cannot speak of her more highly...so treat yourself to an hour or two of absolute bliss and pampering and book yourself an appointment at Impact!

Lisa at Impact does my hair, I had many other hairdressers, all have told me because my har is very thick and curly,I could never have any different style!! Then by reccomendation from my two daughters, I went to Lisa at Impact, and now have my hair in a totally different style, and straight!!! Hannah has been cutting my hair for a few years now and it's so nice to have a hairdresser I feel relaxed going to rather than nervous! She is very attentive to detail and I have never left the salon not feeling great about the cut. I would recommend Hannah and the team at Impact to anyone.

I've recently moved to Norfolk from Sydney and have tried a few hairdressers in and around Norwich and have been less than impressed with the levels of technical ability and customer service I've found. I'd read other clients' rave reviews of Impact and decided to try my luck - and very lucky I was. Lucy cut and highlighted my greying hair to perfection - she really listened to what I wanted and gave excellent advice. The salon was very busy in the run-up to Christmas, but Lucy never made me feel rushed. I had an altogether lovely experience at Impact and would definitely recommend this salon, and Lucy in particular.

Mel is a brilliant stylist - she really takes time to listen to what I would like to do with my hair and comes up with some great ideas! She styled my hair for my wedding two years ago and since then she has helped me through growing it into a longer style which I love just as much. Mel is bright, friendly and enthusiastic about her work. I feel pampered and my hair looks fabulous after every visit!

Attractive, well organised for salon. Clients are treated with friendly respect, and the atmosphere is good. My stylist, Hannah, is excellent, very skilled and always interested in doing the best she can for you.

Mel is a great hairdresser, she is always friendly, gives great advice on styles/colours etc and I am always thrilled with the cut and colour.

Thanks to Lisa Ottolangui, and global keratin, I now have soft and managable hair! As a sufferer of naturally curly/frizzy hair for my entire life, the brazilian blow dry was an absolute life saver. My hair now takes half the time to wash, blow dry and style and looks so much healthier. Would highly recommend this treatment, and also Lisa; they are both brilliant!

Lucy is a great hairdresser and will always have me smiling when I leave the salon. She comes up with great suggestions of what cut/colour will suit me. She was a great find and I would reccommend her to anyone!

I recently had my hair styled at Impact by Melanie. She is extremely competent and knows exactly how to style my hair. I would thoroughly recommend her.

Its taken many years to find a decent hairdresser and now I have found her...Melanie! I cannot speak highly enough of her, I always walk out of the salon with a smile and a fabby haircut and amazing colour!

Thank goodness for Sara at Impact. I have been a client of Sara's for many years, from when she was with Saks and later with Toni and Guy. She is just the very best of the best.
The salon is great as well, everyone is friendly and the atmosphere is great. I am a mature client who loves great hair colour and cuts, and this is the place to come.
