Zoe specialises in hair extensions and offers beautiful and luxurious hair that will change your look and make you feel more glamorous without you having to pay the prices of a top end salon.
Hair extensions can give your hair a drastic change that's not permanent, perfect if you've cut your hair and miss it being long, or if you're wondering what you'll look like with long hair.
The hair used for hair extensions is attached by melting a bond around small sections of your hair using a special heated tool. The bonds are made from natural proteins to ensure that they don't damage your hair and can be melted smoothly onto each section. Your hairdressers will tell you how you can care for your long locks at home.

Once again, I have just had a fantastic hair cut from Sue. She is a very experienced stylist who takes time to understand not only how you want your hair cut, but how your hair falls naturally and so the best way to cut it. The salon itself it large and airy and everyone is very friendly. The prices are good, comparable with other salons, and the service is impeccable. Very highly recommended!
Becky always makes my hair look fabulous, be it a colour or a cut, she knows exactly what I want and is not afraid to tackle my naturally curly hair. Becky's advice is always spot on, and I love how she styles my hair, and am always more than satisfied with the end result. I have been going to Impact Hair & Beauty for a number of years and have always received excellent service and all the stylists are friendly and professional.Zoe who has always styled my hair whether it be a colour,cut or my straightening treatment (which is AMAZING) has always treated me more like a friend than a client.She listens to want i want and her advice and input is invaluable.The salon is modern and light and all the products they use are the best.I highly recommend this salon!!.

This salon is fab!! i have been going to see hannah for a few years now and she is welcoming and kind and very patient and actually listens to what you the client wants,the salon itself is beautiful clean fresh tidy,i cant recommend this enough im very happy and thats coming from me fussy fuss fuss ha ha!!!!
Carrie is the best hairdresser I have ever had! Impact was initially recommended to me by a friend - and I would never go anywhere else now. All of the staff are really friendly and its a lovely environment to have your hair cut in. Carrie always knows what will look best,and I have never been less than 100% happyy with what she does. I can not recommend this salon and particularly Carrie more highly.

Zoe has coloured and cut my hair for more years than i wish to admit. I have followed her from Salon to salon.....until she finally 'took the plunge' to opening her own business; something she had wanted to do for years!! The salon is absolutely amazing....it is like being a celebrity! Absolute star treatment, which is second to none!! I've been getting my hair cut by Hannah at Impact for about a year, after reading the testimonials on this website. Hannah's lovely - she makes me feel at ease and goes through a full consultation before every cut & style. Last weekend she highlighted my hair and I'm so pleased with the results - it's exactly what I asked for and I've received lots of compliments from friends and colleagues. I can't rate her highly enough.

Hannah has been cutting my hair for a few years now and it's so nice to have a hairdresser I feel relaxed going to rather than nervous! She is very attentive to detail and I have never left the salon not feeling great about the cut. I would recommend Hannah and the team at Impact to anyone.
Hannah has been cutting my hair for a couple of years now and I wouldnt go to anybody else. I have never had a cut/colour that I wasnt 100% happy with, she listens to what you want and always makes you feel fantastic with the results. I've recently moved to Norfolk from Sydney and have tried a few hairdressers in and around Norwich and have been less than impressed with the levels of technical ability and customer service I've found. I'd read other clients' rave reviews of Impact and decided to try my luck - and very lucky I was. Lucy cut and highlighted my greying hair to perfection - she really listened to what I wanted and gave excellent advice. The salon was very busy in the run-up to Christmas, but Lucy never made me feel rushed. I had an altogether lovely experience at Impact and would definitely recommend this salon, and Lucy in particular.

Lisa always does a good job at dealing with my 'owly' bit....i was born with it, but she understands how my hair works and i don't have to stay in now......
