The advice and personal help my husband and I have received from this business has been 1st class. Being disabled I need to be certain the cruise I book offers suitable facilities to enable me to enjoy 100% of the holiday. E-mails and phone calls have been answered within the day, sometimes, within an hour! All my questions and concerns have been dealt with efficiently and in a friendly manner. I have recommended this company to many of our friends and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone wanting to book a cruise. The staff go on the ships to check everything is up to standard and go on some of the cruises themselves to verify everything is as it should be. All you have to do is explain what you like and don't like and they are able to find the specific cruise to fit your requirements. Gary has been absolutely wonderful, we consider him an e-mail friend; always considerate and knowlegeable, doing his best for us. Excellent work ethics, we will certainly use Anglia Global again.
