We have around 200 employees, based both on-shore and off-shore. The Finance Shop have done all our corporate group pension schemes and they do our death in service work. In addition to that they provide a personal service to all employees should they desire. They are knowledgeable and experience. they are very personable and like to understand what the company does so that they can offer tailor made services. They are prepared to go that extra mile to put themselves out, to offer a complete service. That's their great strength. They offer a personal servcie to everybody in addition to the corporate service We have a mobile off shore unit which can be any place in north west Europe at any time, and the guys went out and stayed overnight on board the vessel. They went and talked to every individual, all our crew members, and helped them with their personal finances aswell. I think it was a great help for the individuals. I think they appreciated that and, of course, if they're happy, it makes me very happy aswell.
