When I read about the Delia's Food & Wine workshop with Alex McKay @ NCFC on the events section of the Best of Norwich, I thought it would make a wonderful birthday gift for my mother-in-law.
Like so many older people, she's very difficult to buy for, so the idea of a 'gift experience day' seemed like a really good one.
I phoned Delia's Canary Catering and found the member of staff I spoke to helpful,knowledgeable and efficient. She took all my details and said she could package the gift and have it with me by the next day. It duly arrived, attractively wrapped and we were able to present the present this weekend. It was extremely well received and my mother-in-law is really looking forward to her cooking and wine tasting demonstration day in the New Year.
