Dear Andy, Once again the "A" team, Mike and Ryan have surpassed themselves and completed an excellent job in renovating our cloakroom and en-suite. All our friends admire their jobs and as the saying goes, certainly give the rooms the "WOW" factor. Unfortunately, as you have now done all four rooms over the past two years (2 bathrooms, 1 en-suite and a cloakroom) there is no more to do. However, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone as the work, and tolerance on your part is second to none.

I wish to convey my sincere thanks to all involved in doing a superb job on my new wet room it excelled my expectations. Having found an unexpected problem John worked hard to find a solution and with the help of the team, which involved one of them going underground in a confined space they overcame this problem and for that I am very grateful.

John worked hard, he arrived early and worked late he seemed to understand my requirements even when I was not sure. An example was with laying the wall tiles this along with the floor tiles was laid faultlessly. Most tile shops I visited said that it would be impossible to have a large tile on the floor around the shower waste. John, however, found this no problem and again his work was faultless.

You can rely on my singing your praises to anyone needing a new wet room and if any of your customers wish to see evidence of your good workmanship I would be happy to show them my wet room.

Your guidance and advice from the start of the project was invaluable and very much appreciated. Mikes friend and cheerful disposition, along with his obvious enthusiasm for the job, made the inevitable disruption easier to bear. He was also very well ‘house trained’ and any mess and debris was always cleared up at the end of the day. We were both extremely impressed with the standard of workmanship, the attention to detail and the finishing touches which made it all come together so well. When the job overran a little, we never felt that is was being rushed to meet a deadline, or that the work was compromised in anyway.
Obviously, this was a major expense for us but we feel the price was fair and that we received value for money, in terms of the quality of the products supplied and also the workmanship.
