I have used Contract Personnel for a couple of years now for the supply of temporary drivers. I find them very friendly, very helpful and reliable. They are good at providing drivers at short notice.
I am currently employed as the HR Manager of a busy production site based in Norwich. I have worked alongside the team at Contract Personnel for approximately a year now and am constantly impressed by the level of professionalism that they show. We are probably one of their most testing customers, constantly phoning late in the evening, requiring someone to start at the crack of dawn the following morning. They have never let us down and we are always provided with the right calibre of person to do the role required. I must commend Michelle, Chris, Evelina and the rest of the team for their excellent customer service, I am continually bombarded with competitors trying to gain our attention but as long as the team at Contract Personnel continue to deliver with such excellence and efficiency we will remain a long term customer.
I used Contract Personnel for a number of years before moving to my current position. They never let me down. They do what they say "on the tin". I used them on a regular basis, often contacting them at short notice, eg I would ring them at 4 in the afternoon for drivers at 6pm the same evening, and they were nearly always able to help. Any problems were sorted out quickly and I could get hold of them 24/7. Contract Personnel were one of only two agencies that I used all the time, They would be my first port of call.
