I have attended several times and been treated by Nadine who has done wonders for my back.The treatment itself is fantastic but her personality shines through.She is always happy and friendly whilst treating me and the restful music played makes me want to stay for ages.She also gives me a glass of water at the end of the treatment to rehydrate me and this has not always been done when I attended other beauty parlours.I have recommended several friends to go for a special treat.I plan to have another treatment very soon and look forward to it with anticipation.Val Willis

The team at Charisma is always friendly. They make you feel so welcome. I am with them 6 years now and I absolutely love them. The salon is always clean and it smells beautifully. The girls working there have always smiles on their faces and you don't feel like you are a burden for them. They seem to be really interested in you as a person. I first popped into Charisma with a promotional voucher last year as I didn't have a regular salon. After trying the 30 minute neck and back massage I fell in love! My posture has improved and after I've had my massage, my back and neck is nicely relaxed and I feel so much less stressed. The waxing is the best I have ever had, with an amazing result that last for ages, and I cannot find fault with any of the treatments I have had. The staff are really lovely and friendly and always greet you like an old friend. The salon is beautiful and relaxing, and I always recommend to my friends, workmates, and even customers where I work to go there and try out Charisma for themselves!

Well what can i say i can't praise up charisma enough. Everyone is absolutely lovely and the service you recieve is fantastic.I have been to many of places to have hair done but i won't be going to anywhere else but charisma.The staff are so friendly and you look forward to going back .
how polite everyone is at the beauty salon, genuine and honest staff & owner. you know you can trust them to do their job to the highest standard and they always take an interest. which was great as i lost my gran last december, Nadine was sweet as anything about and very sympathetic. if Charisma doesnt do well in this, it would be a loss to the business community as they are one of the finest businesses around and trust me, I'm a business management degree student!

I love the excellent service received, all treatment given is to the highest standard. The staff are without doubt the friendliest I have every come across, nothing is too much for them. You are treated with respect and consideration. I have been a customer for at least the last5 years and have now started to use the hair salon as well. I would recommend this business to anyone who wants a great expereince.
They are a nice and friendly hairdresser which,although I have only used once,shall definately use for all my future hair requirements.Laura cut my hair very professionally.
I started using Charisma a couple of years ago as it was convenient for nipping to in my lunchtime due to the close proximity to my work. I now wouldn't go anywhere else as the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They offer a loyalty service which offers a reduction in price after so many treatments and the propil treatment with waxing makes a huge difference to hair regrowth and I haven't seen this available at many other salons.

Whenever i've been to Charisma for treatments, they are always so friendly and have a smile on their faces which is very welcoming. The service is always fantastic and all the therapists i have had, are always helpful. It's great that they do last minute offers everyday on treatments, normally 50% discount too! Plus i get regular updates on monthly offers too. This salon is highly recommended!

I have been a regular customer at Charisma for two years, and they certainly make you feel like part of the family. Staff are warm, friendly and down to earth. Their service is exemplary, they remember fine details about your life and previous conversations so visits there are like going to see friends. They are like this with all customers. However, that is not all which recommends them. Their services and treatments are of a fantastic quality due to the high level of training, experience and subject knowledge. Staff are contually updating their knowledge and qualifications and so treatments, products and advice are of a very high standard.I have been having my nails done there every fortnight for two years, and every month or so I treat myself to a pedicure, facial or massage. I continue to use Charisma above any other business as visits are fun, rewarding, worthwhile and of good value, with great discounts and loyalty rewards. I have recommended Charisma to many friends.

All at Charisma are trained to the very best levels of expertise. Everybody is always cheerful and will go out of their way to accomodate appointments, even if it means working longer hours than they are open for.

I love Charisma Beauty, hair and naile because all of the therapists are exceptionaly professional, friendly and helpful. They put you at ease as sometimes it's not nice to get naked in front of strangers to be spray tanned but they make you feel very comfortable! I love the feel of both the beauty salon and the nail salon, very nice decor and a calm and relaxed atmosphere and surrounding!
Fantastic services throughout the salon, and all are offered at reasonable prices. The salon is also fresh and clean looking and has an almost 'boutique' feel about it. A lovely salon that I have and will continue to recommend with pleasure :-)

Had my nails done here with Suzy - they were absolutely awful. Rushed, over priced and poorly done; the gel applied was very uneven, bulbous on the tips and put wasn't on the side edges of the nail. Gel was also about 1/2cm away from the cuticle - pushing for an early infill I'm guessing. One nail broke off within the first couple of days and had to go all the way back into the city to have it fixed.
