We are using social media and did not have a proper understanding of how to use Facebook, Twitter and Linked In. Sara came to our offices and trained all of the staff who would be using this. She was absolutely clear, precise, patient and have ensured that we all feel confident in using these types of social media. I would thoroughly recommend Sara to anybody who wants to learn this, not only is she a thoroughly lovely lady and very pleasant to work alongside, but she certainly knows what she is talking about and made it interesting and fun.
