Hi, I'm contacting you to applaud not only the company but especially the driver, I'm unaware of name but it was from Waterfront ending in Marlpit Saturday night at 2am (technically Sunday morning the 27th of November)

I found him not only very polite ,respectable and of good manners and ethics making sure my friend got in safely... Due to him I wont be using any other taxis in Norwich.

Everytime I have booked a taxi with Bestway they have turned up on time and the drivers have been polite.

At one point I was stuck in the middle of the countryside outside Norwich (I am new to the area and felt more vulnerable because I didnʼt know what was what) - they were really supportive on the phone, double checked where I was and sent someone as soon as possible. It actually calmed me down talking to them - and the driver who turned up was so great to talk to, I was actually sorry to get out of the taxi when I got back to Norwich - we were having such a good conversation.
