Linda is helping me to 'evolve' my business in a direction that I've been (on reflection) procrastinating over for ages. When I went to a Discovery session with Linda, I didn`t know what to expect at all, except that it would definitely be something positive! And it proved to be true 200%! Linda is a very sensitive, attentive and understanding person. Also you can feel that you are in the hands of a professional, who is thoroughly prepared and experienced! I have received very valuable advice and help in my present circumstances. Having got through a very difficult time after splitting with an unpleasant ex, I realised I wanted to do more than just survive the experience: I wanted actively to leave the past where it belongs and unravel what had got me into such a horrible relationship in the first place, so I wouldn't repeat the mistakes. I found the Relationship Reboot with Linda Allen a very interesting and helpful experience. I needed to let go of feelings for a lost love in order to enable me to move on and fully enjoy my present relationship. During the session we explored my past relationships and the learning's that I had gained from each one. This I found really positive as I had always looked on them as failures. After the session I found that some of the challenges I was having with my present partner had disappeared, and I was able to let the love flow. Its an ongoing process and as issues arise I now have the tools to assist me to work through and clear any residual negative feelings I have been carrying around inside me. My confidence has soared and I feel much more centered since the session. I have already recommended people go to Linda for her Relationship Reboot as well as her coaching
I think, your sessions made me aware of past incidences, or things that were said to me in the past, that subconsiously have held me back, and inplanted various unfounded fears in me. I recently had a coaching session with Linda, after a pretty disastrous year in business had left me feeling less confident in my abilities to earn my own money and achieve my goals. Linda is a warm, friendly person who was great at helping me understand why I was feeling this way, and gave me some really practical tools which I could use in order to overcome these inhibitions
Thank you so much Linda. You are a really fantastic Coach and I felt that you really listened to me and understood me, as well as offering some wonderful insight into where I am and where I want to be. I'd not actually realised that my frustration was because my home and current work situation aren't reflecting who I really am - it all makes perfect sense now. I'm working through all the tasks, and feel really on top of things. It all seems possible, and I've got a renewed enthusiasm for designing. I'm also in the process of putting my tasks into the BestCoach apps so it all works really well together. Oh and funnily enough, I had a call from my boyfriend to say he knows he's been distant but now wants to be able to be open with me and move on. I did say to you that was what I wanted. This coaching can have funny effects! I'll be careful what I wish for! I think having you as my coach will help me reach my potential and also manage the changes that are going to be taking place over the next few months. After One Relationship Reboot Session - and the interesting results...Thank you so much for the session, I really enjoyed it and felt light, liberated and happy afterwards! I then had a fantastic weekend!We went to the cinema on Saturday night which we haven't done for ages. I watched the races and I enjoyed relaxing and watching it. I still managed to get all my jobs done as felt energised and upbeat for having the time to relax too. I even started to get some seeds planted and did some other bits and pieces in my greenhouse which I thoroughly enjoyed.I'm also going to the gym after work which I haven't done for ages and know I'm going to feel really good for doing it.It's so strange that I seem to feel 'free' just because the penny dropped that I was unnecessarily applying pressure to myself. This is exactly the same issue that I've been successfully working through at work.I completely put down to you, the fact that I've just had the best weekend for as long as I can remember.If I start to slip back or come across any barriers you will be the first person I call!Thank you so much again for your help

Last week Linda worked with me on an issue within my relationship. It has been an issue that has been bugging us since we started going out and neither of us knew how to handle it - we knew it was there, like some thorn, or wedge, but we just didn't know how to get it out! As soon as I had finished the session with Linda I went home and tested my solutions, sometimes, good ideas are not always good in practice, but this was remarkably successful. I feel so much lighter now this issue has been resolved and I can't thank you enough!
Before starting my Relationship Reboot I was at a standstill: my mum had died, my marriage broken down and all my friends were tied in with their husbands. I was ready to move on, but needed the right guidance and support to do so. I am 100% pleased with the outcome from our sessions. I have done a lot of self help, self improvement books and CD's Which is all great but just to have someone like Linda to guide you though your own personal journey is an amazing blessing, I knew a lot of the theory and why I was displaying some patterns of behaviour that were no longer serving me in my life, but they were deep rooted and to have the guidance of such a supportive coach gave me the missing ingredient for the icing on the cake! After my Relationship Reboot, I now have a thriving social life with things to do most weekends, sometimes I even double book and find it a juggle to fit it all in. Also, before I was not even ready to think about a relationship, but now I have been out on a date and feel like I am ready for my soul mate.
