BC Garden Creations laid a patio in our garden last summer. Their customer service is excellent - they got in touch within 24 hours of our initial enquiry, they turned up for every appointment on time. The advice they gave was good, including the design of the patio, different options depending on cost and leaving samples of bricks with us so we could choose in our own time. The workmen were friendly and extremely tidy - i wish they could tidy all of our garden! The patio is lovely.

From viewing our original plans to completing the design, they were sympathetic to our requirements.

Their team turned up on time every day and were cheerful, polite and very efficient. They worked with care and cleared up every night before leaving.

It was good to see Brian on site at some point every day making sure everything was to his high standards.

We want to than BC Garden Creations for transforming our gardens. We now have a pleasant outlook to both back and front tailor made to meet our needs. We also have one redundant lawn mower (yippee). A special thankyou to Paul, Mark and Matt who worked tirelessly (sometimes in appalling weather) in a professional manner, a credit to your work force.
