OK, this is my first blog posting, so please bear with me and allow me to get my stride! :)
Its been a busy time for me and CJW Sports & Massage Therapy since the start of the new year. Lots of new clients, and returning clients to assist with their injuries, aches and pains!
I have also been continuing to work with Wroxham Football Club. I have been shadowing their current physio, picking up all the tricks of the trade of working with a sports team, and will be all set to take over when he retires at the end of this season!
I had one scary encounter when asked to cover the Reserves game on my own, but the lads were pleasantly surprised to see me, and we had an injury free day!
Jeremy Goss is getting well into his training and promotion of his Back to Bayern Challenge, which he will be completing in August for the Norfolk & Norwich Association for the Blind (NNAB).
I am supporting him with his challenge by providing weekly treatment sessions to help keep in him good nick!

The Prince's Trust recently asked me to be a case study for the East region, because I am one of the businesses that they have supported who has continued to be successful.
I appeared on Radio Norfolk with Helen McDermot and also in the Evening News, both on the 15th February. Both of these appearances were to help highlight what The Prince's Trust can do for young people in regards to retraining, business start up advice, loans and much much more. It was a great honour to be asked and be involved.
As well as continuing to run appointments on a Monday and Thursday (and alternate Saturday mornings) from Fitness First in Norwich, March will also be a busy month outside of the therapy room!
9th March - LO2012 Business Networking evening at Hethell Engineering hosted by Norfolk County Council
10th March - The Best of Norwich - All About Business Event at Carrow Road. Opened by Jeremy Goss at 11am, with guest speaker Brad Burton
18th March - Comic Relief - 15 minute massages for £5 donation
18th/19th March - supporting the Help for Heroes fundraising weekend, hosted by Harley Davidson, Ber Street, Norwich
31st March - Norfolk Chamber of Commerce B2B event at Carrow Road
Have a good month everyone!
