John's Building Survey report for me , in connection with the potential purchase of a local period property , is an excellent summary of structural and housekeeping matters needing attention .
This followed a comprehensive , onsite property inspection which John carried out only a day or two after my instruction - very prompt , very thorough and very professional .

I found John most helpful and professional, he explained the Home Buyer survey clearly and consicely before the survey was carried out.
There were 2 false starts before John could finally survey the 3rd property.
