Sound property advice

I spoke to Sue Lever of mosshaselhurst Solicitors Northwich earlier this week who offered me a glimmer of hope in a floundering property market. Trying to sell my property without success I was very grateful for her wisdom. She mentioned how valuable the knowledge of local agents can be, they of course are familiar with the types of houses selling in today's tough market and may be able to offer nuggets of advice to get you on your way to that sold sign. If possible,
making yourself "chain free" by staying with relatives or a short term rental property (of course sometimes this is far from practical) can make you more appealable to prospective buyers. Sue Lever has no less than 40 years experience at mosshaselhurst Solicitors Northwich so I welcome every bit of advice she has to offer.
