I've used this business a lot and have never had anything other than friendly and helpful service. They've repaired equipment for a fraction of the price quoted by the manufacturer, they've spent time tracking down details of suitable second-hand laptops for me, have given impartial advice even if it means they don't make any money out of it. They turn around repairs quickly and phone back when they say they will. All in all, their customer service is fantastic and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Really efficient company. Mark, who looks after us could not be more willing. He also knows what he it talking about which helps.
The other thing I like about them is their honesty. If hardware can be had cheaper elsewhere they tell you, they do not rip you off.

My PC packed in when my wife was in the middle of writing an assignemtnfor University,a work collegue reccommended the computer shop and i am very grateful they did. The staff were friendly and not patronising as you usually find, left my pc with them in the morning and later that day they called to say it was sorted. The manager even dropped it off on his way home. My wife completed her assignment and passed. Cheers guys

We chose The Computer Shop, in Hexham, as our supplier for all things computer because we wanted a local company to provide our IT equipment and services. It was a critical decision for our company, as we have to support customers in over 60 countries. The computer Shop definitely stepped up to make sure we could concentrate on our main business as they provide IT support and services to us. It was an excellent decision, they are extremely helpful and friendly. They always provide excellent service and do exactly what they say they are going to do (actually sometimes a little bit more).

More importantly I find the team at The Computer Shop to be honest, in both the advice they give and the service they provide. It's difficult to find a company that supports you in a way that suits you, and I'm happy to say that the team at The Computer Shop have done just that.

A definite recommend as far as I'm concerned.

I have bought a laptop, PC and several other items from The Computer Shop Hexham. I particularly appreciate the pre-purchase advice and help in choosing what I need. I have also found staff there to be very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and they have been quick to respond to any technical issues I have had. The Computer Shop Hexham provides a valuable local service and compares very favourably with larger stores further afield in terms of both price and service.

I had a major problem with my laptop and they assisted straight away. They seemed to genuinely care and have a drop everything to help kind of attitude. They knew how to solve the issue and got a fix, no drama just efficient. I would definitely use them again!
