BST MMA offers boxing classes every weekday morning at 10am and Saturdays at 10.30am.
Our top class facilities include a full size boxing ring, 6 punchbags, speedballs and large matted area for training, plus a fully equipped gym - as well as changing rooms with showers and a shop selling boxing / MMA equipment and clothing.
