I have used The Jewellery Workshop for about 3 or 4 years for repairs and I cannot commend them highly enough. Their work is fast, first class and prices are very reasonable. If you want a trusted jeweller, then I recommend them 100%. I do not often write reviews, but sometimes, when service is great, then it is important to commend the people.

It’s not easy to find a business that still has the personal touch. I took a ring in there which was falling apart, and whereas the other major jewellery businesses in town did not have anyone who knew exactly what would be done with the ring, the Jewellers Workshop knew what would need to be done, where it would be sent, how much it would cost and offered alternatives as to how it could be improved.

Not only is that service, its knowledge. A personal touch that is so lacking in large businesses.

They were really helpful with my enquires and didn’t hesitate to help. It always makes your queries easier to explain when you’re greeted with a smile, with a really friendly and warm manner. They didn’t rush me into purchasing anything, no matter how many items of jewellery I tried on and how long I took, there was no pressure which was refreshing. I'd definitely go to them next time I'm in need to buy some jewellery and Ive strongly recommended them to friends and family.

They are a fantastic little business always willing to help and go the extra mile. I couldn't ask for anything more from the present I brought for my Girlfriend and I was happy to be given the option to return it if she didn't like it. A great selection of jewellery and fantastic to know there is a place to go for repairs too.
Overall a fantastic place to go for any occasion.

A great place to shop for gold and silver jewellery. Paul also makes jewellery and does repairs. This is a family business and both Paul and Sharon are friendly, efficient, and very helpful. Nothing is to much trouble. A little gem away from the hustle and bustle of town center shopping.
