It’s not easy to find a business that still has the personal touch. I took a ring in there which was falling apart, and whereas the other major jewellery businesses in town did not have anyone who knew exactly what would be done with the ring, the Jewellers Workshop knew what would need to be done, where it would be sent, how much it would cost and offered alternatives as to how it could be improved. Not only is that service, its knowledge. A personal touch that is so lacking in large businesses.
