After trying to find a much needed part for my car at a decent price, I went to Parrs, but not before going to a large national competitor that has recently just been introduced to the market in Northamptonshire. At this other business I had to return the part five times for them to finally give me the correct one I was searching for, and even then I had to return that in a week because it was of such poor quality it ceased to work.
Finding Parrs through a friend, I thought I'd give them a go. The highly knowledgeable member of staff behind the counter knew exactly what I needed straight away, and they quoted me an even better price than that of the former. Whats more, the part has had no problems whatsoever, several months on! I've been back many a time since.
