I have been having my hair cut here for years now. I only stumbled across you here by accident but felt I had to leave a comment to say how great Outcast are.

It's a lovely salon and the staff are really friendly. I never feel intimidated like you can in some large salons.

I have recently returned to Outcast after moving away from the area. They are a Great business & always put their customers first. Every time I visit (even when late due to work commitments), I am made to feel invited and welcome. Victoria it a fantastic host and runs things excellently! My hairdresser Vicky delivers every time and all the other assistants are always cheerful and welcoming!! I would recommend Outcast to anyone. :)

From the moment I phoned up to book my first appointment I just knew I was in for an experience! I was not disappointed.

I have always wanted glossy, shiny, healthy hair with minimum effort (not much to ask!) and despite arriving with a curly mop, hidden under a wooly hat, I left with a fab new hairdo AND Carlos showed me 2 new ways to style my hair - straight or curly.

This was a real make-over experience. Fantastic. Worth every penny.

The service is fantastic. From the minute you walk through the door you are spoiled. You are greeted by the lovely hostess Vicky, offered a drink in the café while you wait with the latest magazines. Whilst your hair is washed they give you a shiatsu head massage and then a relaxing arm massage. The haircut and colour are always fantastic too. It feels like visiting a top London salon in the heart of Northampton.

I have been a regular client at Outcast for about 2 years now; what a joy to find a salon where they design a cut to suit my personal style and lifestyle! People regularly ask me where I have my hair cut and Iʼm always deighted to tell them!
The team always make me feel welcome, even when Iʼve just popped in to make an appointment. Great customer service is a priority.

As soon as your walk through the door the experience is just great. The best hairdresser Iʼve been to by a long way. The serice is second to none, nothing is ever too much trouble, you really feel like youʼre in good hands. From the staff that are truly interested in waht you want, the massage, the music - all goes together brilliantly to make your visit fantastic. i have nothing but Praise for Carlo and his team, especially the lovely Vicki.
