Thanks for all your advice, regarding my Windscreen Washer Pump, for my Hyundai. Having visited your store, on Tuesday last,( 1st Nov.), one of your Sales Assistants, "Anthony", came out to my car to assist me,in finding the location of where the washer pump was situated, as I could not find it myself, when I had looked earlier. However,the pump was not visible under the bonnet, at all, as Anthony pointed out to me, as none of us could see where it was.Therefore, I was not able to purchase one from you, as we did not know what the old one looked like.



My main reason why I am sending you this e-mail, is to let you know that, although I didn't get the part, I still came away from your store, a happy man, after the customer service that I received from your Sales Assistant, Anthony, who was most helpful and he went that extra mile, to make my visit, a pleasant and informative one. After not been able to find my washer pump, Anthony made a few phone calls, to enquire where the washer pump was situated, including Hyundai, themselves and was told , as we thought, that it was not visible and a panel would have to be taken off, to get to it. When I got home, I booked my car in, so that Hyundai could fit it. I would have done it myself, had it been easier to get at. But never mind. I just wanted to say a big Thank You, to you and especially to Anthony, who went out of his way to help me. That's what I call great " Customer Service". Could you please pass on my thanks and appreciation to Anthony and I will certainly come back to " Motorserve" in the future, should I need some more parts.

Very rarely am I impressed wnough to put pen to paper to thank anyone thor their help and assistance, but after the way my daughter was looked after by your staff recently, I felt I had no choice! Distraught at going back to University in Leeds whilst her car battery was playing up, at a friends suggestion she visited you and was treated brilliantly. A very knowledgeable member of your staff tested her battery and explained in 'English' how the test had proved it to be faulty. She was then quoted, much less than Halfords had done, and had her new battery fitted while she waited. A further test was done to ensure the vehicle charging system was working fine and she was sent on her way in perfect confidence. How nice to see some good old fashioned service in this town still! The battery was instock, 2 other places had told her it needed to be ordered as she had an 'odd' Japanese car, the price was great and served by a gentleman. I know where my daughter will be happy to shop from now on, so will I and everyone I get the chance to tell about you! Thank you
