At King Solicitors we act for the buyers of investment properties where we carry out title investigations including reporting in detail on leasing documents.
We also agree the sale and purchase documentation with the seller's solicitors and report fully on all the legal aspects of property and generally oversee the legal side of the acquisition, liaising where necessary with other outside advisers such as surveyors and environmental consultants.
Acting for the sellers of investment properties we can prepare contracts, provide copies of title documentation, deal with the buyer's enquiries and generally handle all other legal matters relating to the sale of the property.
Residential
