Well what can I say about Greens Restaurant?!?!
With a well balanced menu that was cooked and presented to perfection with game terrine as a starter which was superb, followed by slow cooked shoulder of lamb together with a mouth watering saddle of lamb just pink and so tender it melted in the mouth follow by pannacotta, well to be honest I was wondering what all the fuss was about when it came to pannacotta, now I get it, it was absolutely sublime. Together with excellent service the whole evening was a real treat.
I will be going again and taking friends with me.

Collingtree Park Golf Club and Greens Restaurant offers the public of Northampton the absolute perfect sporting/social combination that the Town has to offer. The golf course is set up beautifully in and around Collingtree but also offers corners were you could be somewhere very rural.
Greens Restuarant offers Fine Dining of the highest order. My personal favourite has to be the Sirloin Steak, absolute heaven. The panoramic views over the signature 18th hole, highlights again that perfect combination!
