The Nicholas Graham Salon has gone from strength to strength since then and in 2006 L¹Oreal selected Nicholas as one of their 'ID Artists¹ a huge honour that has taken him across the country styling hair at top catwalk shows and at L¹Oreal¹s own graduate fashion week. Nicholas has a hugely talented team behind him at his Bangor salon in the form of senior stylists Camilla Crawford, Christine Gartland and Jaymie Elliott. The modern Bangor premises have a laid-back atmosphere and Nicholas prides himself on offering the best and most professional service in town with free head and hand massages for all clients. He also likes to work with the best products and the salon stocks a full range of products from the natural range, Aveda and from the L'oreal professional products range. Nicholas also uses Aveda¹s Full Spectrum Hair Colour services for both permanent and semi-permanent hair colouring. A recent addition to the salon¹s pampering services is the Aveda 'facial for your hair¹, a luxurious treatment that is exclusive to Northern Ireland. This spa-like treatment promotes healthy hair and scalp with a thorough scalp massage using a custom blend of aromatic essential oils. Next, hair is nourished with a Damage Remedy treatment while you are treated to a stress relieving massage for tired hands. Nicholas Graham salon is also one of only a handful of hairdressers in Northern Ireland to deliver a bespoke fitting service for clip-in designer hair extensions by Angel Products. They are made from the finest quality synthetic fibre and are available in various sizes from up to 21 inches in length.
The Nicholas Graham Hair Salon is open: 9am-5.30pm Tuesdays and Wednesdays; 9am-8pm Thursdays; 9am-9pm Fridays; and 9am-5.30pm Saturdays.

Nicholas has been looking after my wild and extremely curly hair for many years. From my days of totally blonde moving on to subtle highlights as my hair slowly turned grey and now,his knowledge of style and products,ensures that my hair is in excellent condition, the colours blend beautifully and the style is ever changing. The new salon is a calm retreat from the busy outside, staff are most attentive and the craic is brilliant! I have also enjoyed the luxury of the pampering room upstairs, where the whole bridal party have the undivided attention of the stylists as part of the wedding day fun.
Have known Nicholas many years from school & decided to let him cut my hair 6 years ago, and I havenʼt looked elsewhere since. Trully exceptional hairdresser who enjoys good craic and puts you at ease, and the hairstyles certainly improve your love life Nick. Thanks again Nicholas and to his staff for the way im treated. Nicholas has been cutting my hair for more years than i care to remember and he always does a first class job. I have lived in a number of different countries and a number of different cities and no one has ever come close to doing as good a job as Nicholas. He is professional, imaginative, attentive and friendly.
Nicholas has been doing my hair for over 5 years now and I wouldnʼt dream of going elsewhere. His salon is lovely with a separate area for consultation and a pamper zone. The atmosphere is always relaxing particularly when you receive a complimentary hand or head massage and a lovely cappachino. Iʼm never disappointed with the finished result and Nicholas has a way with him that makes you feel confident and relaxed. With having two kids and a stressful life going to the salon is a real treat for me.

Since Nicholas opened specially on a Monday for us to do (fantastic) hair for my sonʼs wedding last year, almost every member of my family has started coming here! I recently stayed in Bangor with work plus an evening event where the Bosses wife was going to attend (shes a bit of a snob) and I wanted to make a good impression. I ask the hotel for the name of a good hairdresser and I thank the heavens that they sent me to Nicholas Graham’s salon in High Street. What an experience, from I walked into the salon until I left I was pampered. They give me a complementary head and hand massage, which was a first for me, who would have thought getting your hand rubbed could be so nice and relaxing. The whole experience left me fully revitalized and ready to met my bosses wife. Although I don’t live in Bangor I am going to make the effort to go back to the salon particularly when I need a bit of a lift.
Stylish Modern Salon with friendly attentive staff. Professionalism at its best. I noticed that everyone was treated as an individual and that each hair style,cut,colour was discussed and delivered to the clients exact requirements with great after care products from Aveda. and Loreal Well worth a visit!
I recomend this bussiness if you are looking for something extra from your hairdresser I love relaxing and being pampered and the staff make you feel really welcome. I enjoy the extra little touches my relaxing head massage and sometimes a hand massage and I leave feeing a million dollars with my fab new hair and makeup finishing touches.Dont forget to try the refreshing Aveda tea.
