Richard Harvey & partner Louise have been supplying their collection of furniture since 2001. Prior to that the premises had been owned by Richard's father since 1976 - a truly local Cotswolds business! All the best features & suppliers have been retained & added too, with more contemporary furnishing styles & influences. The current emphasis is on a fusion between traditional and contemporary furniture design.
- 'Take away on approval'can be offered to Interior Designers (existing stock only) who can use this facility to help with their own customer's needs or we are prepared to deliver furniture for you to view in your own home, with no obligation.
- The RH Collection also operate a free local (Shipston on Stour & surrounding areas) personal delivery service & for orders over £500.00 can often provide free delivery within the UK (mainland!)
- Richard & Louise feel that it is their personal approach in offering such services that defines the success of this family run business.

Louise & Richard have been invaluable in helping us furnish our barn. Their unique style and flare for furniture design coupled with their friendly and personal service meant that we were able to take the empty shell of our barn conversion and turn it into a contemporary living space.

We totally refurnished our living/dining room last year, and are delighted with the end result. I can honestly say that Richard Harvey's is not just a shop but a lovely place to visit with excellent service and beautiful furnishings. They've advised me and researched what I am looking for, as I am no interior designer! I highly recommend a visit...there are also some nice cake shops nearby too!
Over the past few years we have purchased many items of furniture and furnishings from Richard and Louise. Each time we have always received friendly guidance and advice about their products and their 'try before you buy' service for large items is a truly brilliant idea. Richard and Louise cannot be more helpful (even to the point of accommodating our measuring error!). Great service and a fantastic shop which we will continue to enjoy visiting for many years to come
Richard & Louises' furniture collection is stylish, beautiful & excellent quality. Combine that with amazing friendly service and competetive pricing and you have an unbeatable combination! We have bought many items from them over the past few years, and nothing has ever been too much trouble for them. We have used their 'try it out in situ' service, which has been invaluable. We couldn't recommend them highly enough.
I had NO idea what to buy some friends for a wedding present - so came into Richard Harvey's just to have a look around for inspiration - there was plenty! I struggled to choose between so many things, all of which were perfect and well priced! I eventually settled for a beautiful glass decanter, and will be back for the next wedding in September - it really is a fabulous shop and I wanted SO many things!
The owners have cheerfully coped with the flooding here last summer and turned it to their advantage, with some fab new stock - a great place & the service is unparalled. They deserve to do well.
Richard and Louise are so helpful and have great ideas. The shop is absolutely full of a variety of styles with great prices and not all the usual stuff you see everywhere. I got some brilliant ideas from the shop re colour schemes, Nothing was too much trouble and they delivered. Just a treat to deal with, not a lot to ask, but very rare these days!
