The company has been run by owner and head cook Di Henderson for over 20 years - catering for all Cotswold occasions - from weddings to drinks parties in the garden - product launches at some of the most prestigious Cotswold locations, or Oxford Colleges - and simple lunch and supper parties in the privacy of your own home!
Smart Cookies provide absolutely excellent food and give a really personal and creative service. Di will come and discuss your requirements - and always has plenty of suggestions of her own! If you need help with quantities, drinks, and any other "party supplies" such as table hire, glasses, linen etc Di has a comprehensive list of approved suppliers - all local to the area! All Smart Cookies food is prepared and cooked by Di and her team, nothing is bought in ready prepared - and whenever and wherever possible local products are used. Their motto is "innovative food for all occasions" and it truly is just that! Let the team serve the drinks, canapés and meal whilst you really enjoy the occasion and get to see all the people you've invited! How wonderful to have that perfect party and when all your guests have had their fill of delicious food and drinks & then open the kitchen door to find a sparkling kitchen and all the washing vanished! Perfect!
Smart Cookies really LOVE the personal side of their work, and specialise in drinks parties, house parties and luncheons or dinners, and canapés! Having said that, they have first class location catering experience, providing the BBC Crew with all meals over the four or five days of the Garden Show at Tatton Park, many "Gardeners World" shoots and EVEN fed the celebrity chefs at The Good Food Show - not something many caterers would be prepared to take on! They loved it by the way!
